Ingredients:
1 box lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp lemon extract
1/3 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 375
In a large bowl combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and lemon extract; mix
until well blended. Using a teaspoon form dough, and drop into a bowl
of powdered sugar. Roll them until they are lightly covered. Place on
an cookie sheet. Bake for 6 to 9 minutes.
